Is there posible to change the hook position to the othe side? To keep the stem like in the center

You can tighten down the latch towards the centre if you want

Isn't it easier to fix the hook with the allen key in the correct position ?

You can do. But going to tight damages the metal and then you have to be able to move it around to get it in there anyway. So I will tighten mine a little. Also when I scoot I accidentally kick it and that would scratch the metal.
