very good videos you are making. I initially planned to learn some slovene as I intend to settle down over there in a near future. Started to look at some videos on youtube and then very quickly decided to give up as it looks incredibly difficult. Your videos however make me reconsider as it seems that appart from the verb conjugation other aspects of the language seem pretty logical (close to japanese in some aspects). Not sure how much I'd be able to pick up since I'm 36 but it could be a nice challenge.

Živjo, Sylvain! Thank you so much! It makes me really happy to hear this! :) I know very little Japanese but now you made me curious to find out what similarities are there from the grammar point of view! :) And I am sure you can learn Slovene! Especially if you move here! It makes it so much easier to learn the language if you are in the country where the language is spoken! Have a lovely day!

I believe, indirect object is non living subject. What do thing Alijo ?

As you can see in the examples, no. The names are living people.

@@ginismoja2459 yes, living things are direct object and non living things such as gift in first example is non living and fall in the category of in direct object

@@RaviProf I think you got confused. The indirect object is in the Dative case (here that's Izaku, meni etc.). The direct object is in the Accusative case and can be whatever, living or not (here that's darilo, knjigo).
