At 6:20 in the video for individual or company -- if I were to have a business that I'm going to start up after applying for this LLC such as an amazon professional sellers account and a store on there would I select the individual option or the company option? At 9:40 it shows to get a business permit if my state requires -- what place specifically do I contact in my state and my county like you said... to get the paperwork for that? Thank you so much

You can use a P.O. Box if you type it like an apartment (box number = apt number)

Question regarding virtual mailbox, will it appear as an actual brick and mortar when googled? The reason being is I plan on starting a logistics business and one of the requirements is to have a physical location, not a po box , I've heard of the pmd (personal mail box) not a po box ,sold at the ups store appears like a real physical address, but not 100% sure

I realize BofA isn’t the best bank to have in general. However if I already have BofA, wouldn’t it be easier for transfers (I.e. owners draws) if the account is with the same company?

This is keeping me from opening an LLC at this moment: I plan on starting my company at the start of next year but I would like to register everything earlier. What business address can I put in my LLC in the meantime? I know i could pay the $30 a month to use their address but I won’t be in operation for six months. Do I just use my home address and change it when I start doing business?

So I spoke with Incfile and we don’t have to subscribe to their virtual addresses for $30. If you can find another company that can provide that service for cheaper you can go that route too. Incfile just needs to make sure the address is valid.

If the address will be used to get mail for my company can I use my residential address?
