In this video I’m going to show you the recommended way to make a bottle of formula, a few other methods and how to make a bottle on the go.
I forgot to mention the fact that you can also buy readily made formula but I feel like if you’ve come to this video you just wanted to know how to make it from scratch!

when on the go, how to do you hot much hot water - cold water to add please?

And you can buy cheap food thermometers for peace of mind to ensure water is Atleast 70 degrees when out and about

Just remember to place the bottles in the main part of the fridge because opening the fridge door can lead to temperature changes
