Is there a way to send unauthenticated email so we don't have to authenticate one under unified messaging services? This is to avoid MFA issues

Unfortunately no. I believe it has to be authenticated.

@@CollaborationVideos I currently have users in local exch and 365. Is there a way to relay this to 365 even though the smart hgost only points to my local exch? I can't seem to make this work. The local users all work fine tho.

@@rkasnake I'm not an exchange expert but I believe your exchange needs to act as a relay to 365

Great video! When the user receives the voicemail, is the phone number of the caller displayed? If so, is there a way to prevent it from appearing? We have a requirement to receive voicemails via email, but not show the callers phone number in the message. Thanks in advance!
