Can you show how to sew Richardson 112 caps , across seam , without breaking needles ? I have the button attchment recommended, but still have some needle breakage. Run it at 600-650, use 12 needles, still breakage across seams. Thanks so much. Got 2 six heads and 1 one head. The button is on the 1 head. Had to buy new throat plate with the new button.

Perfect timing, I’m in the process of running my first hat on my new PRO 3, first I have to figure out how to set up the machine software. Keep up the videos. Even something as simple as showing how to bring a file in, select colors and run the file. There isn’t a lot of videos showing the new control panel. So it’s a lot of reading, and re reading the instruction manual.

Hello, we are on the same page. Tutorial videos with at least the basic functionalities are needed to work with the machine. I also have a new Pro3.

Thanks for the Barudan angle, my single-15 does great caps, just few calls for it lately. We are doing 20 face masks a day right now at a low margin, but cranking!

Thanks for the great tutorial videos. Would love to see a tutorial on using the screen display, like uploading files from a USB and color settings.

Not sure if you have figured it out yet, but you can reduce or increase the logo size in the same menu as where you can rotate your logo. Just make sure that you change both horizontal and vertical to the same percentage. Also, if you have to change the size, it's not a bad idea to run a sample first. Any more than 10 percent either way is usually my limit before running a sample. It's better to ruin a piece of scrap cloth than an actual garment.
