you guys have to make videos on how to run the machine. We just got one and there are way too many steps to do simple things. Why cant i go back to start with a click of a button? Why cant i pick the hat or flat frames with the click of a button ? I have to go though 5 steps for one simple thing. ITS VERY ANNOYING. And the hoops are TERRIBLE. It damages the material we put it on.
