Why do Americans love air tools. I cant imagine dragging a line around all day or loading a compressor in and out of the van every day. Never seen an air line outside a spray shop in Britain. We do everything with battery tools .

@@Matt_Alaric I know right. Especially when Hikoki, Pasload, milwalki and dewalt are the leading nail gun brands and 3 of them are American. Why they don't use them idk .

That header detail is totally wrong the header doesn't have direct bearing on cripple studs. It has a compression point with flat lumber on-top of cripple studs from 40+ years in the trade

Yaaayyyy for you!!! You should have a "King of Framing" crown, and gold star, at the very least. Or, you could STFU. There is nothing wrong with the method shown. It is not the only method, but it's a good method.
