Got into Fred again last Tuesday. When I heard “Kyle (I found you)” I was addicted. Could not stop listening. ExplooooooOoding Was so creative. Can’t wait to follow in that direction

This tutorial is so good that I recently searched for the "i forgive you" fred again song before realizing where that came from

Great video, been really moving towards sample based production, because im able to get a lot more interesting variety of sounds and now all the expensive synths I’ve bought over the years don’t get used as much. But now I’m thinking of maybe jamming with a synth and just playing whatever and then throwing it in a simpler and see about taking it even further. Keep up the great work! Perhaps do a video on Trikk, I think that would be quite interesting to breakdown

Please do sophie next... Edit : consider the synths used in after hours by the weeknd too... Illangelo, mainly used diva to craft many of the iconic synths (I know this from his after hours and alone again breakdown on MWTM, and fun fact he didn't mention a single analogue hardware piece in both compilations, so these analogue sounding tracks are 95% digitally crafted)

RIP. We really need more SOPHIE style stuff and I had hoped more people would have done more stuff inspired by them by now since they passed

Thank you man, Very nice video ! Just I want to add, I've also been working on and want to say he sometimes uses Only the 3rds for drone , probably for sensetive, on the fence tension ,its really brings his musical character, you should try it

Nice breakdown. Thanks! How did you come to the melody on the vocal? Play it on a snth first? Will Melodyne allow you to "play" the vocal with a keyboard in realtime?

Loved this tutorial dude! I was wondering where you got the LFO Midi M4L tool from? I've got ableton suite 11 and it looks like that particular M4L plugin is gone in the update! They've got another LFO in Audio Effects which can do a similar thing. Have you found this happened to you when you updated, is there a third party site I can nab that exact LFO MIDI plugin from?
@vadimshmal8021 Жыл бұрын
try the usual lfo from audio effects, in my opinion it completely replaces the midi lfo, probably that's why the midi lfo was removed
