I’m having trouble with filling in the rest with freestyles that land on the target word. That doesn’t seem to make sense. For the set up word you use beat and the bar for that is “going a cappella, about to hit another” and for street you have “we live on Venice and im rocking on the” I fail to come up with the words before the target word that is my weakness my only one to after that I’m able to improvise and point out my surroundings and play with the beat in all kinds of ways with my voice which comes naturally to me that hasn’t been fully tapped into but it’s there in me waiting to explode but this fill in the rest with freestyles is needed to learn cause this is the gap missing everything else I’m equipped with please help!! Been struggling with this problem

It can be difficult at first, but don’t be discouraged! With practice you’ll get there. For me, 5-minutes of practice per day does the trick (it’s long enough to learn, but not too long to become frustrating). Here’s a couple tips: 1. If you need more time to think of setup lines, try pausing the video at the start of each line. This gives you as much time as you need. Remember to learn at your own pace! Don’t go too fast if you’re still learning. 2. Once you can perform the exercise while pausing the video, move on to full speed. Now, try to keep your eye on the NEXT keyword, instead of the current one. You do not need to focus on the current line very much (most people focus too much on the current line). Looking forward to the next line gives you much more time to think of things to say. I hope this helps!!! Keep jamming! 🔥🤘 - Big Al

Thank you! - When you say your own songs, do you mean adding your own beats, or your own lyrics??

Meaning any beat you could find online on Spotify or bandcamp for example, or your own .wav files. I’m saying this because after having finished the 5-6 beats it gets repetitive. I’m aware this is all in the beginnings!! Also having the rhymes not hit exactly and the end of a bar but also an option that allows you to make it rhyme on the 3, or 2. Different languages?? Man, I would so pay for this shit. Cheers

Right now, we are working on: - More beats - More languages (& more English word lists) - Transposing the rhymes to beats 1, 2, or 3 (not just beat 4) I would LOVE to allow uploading of your own .wav files, and we are actively looking into the possibilities. The biggest hurdle is copyright protection - I wouldn’t want to get in trouble with the companies who own mainstream beats!! 😨 Glad you’re liking the app! We are working hard to bring more content to it! ❤️
