These strawberries can last around 8-12 months . Even after that they are very much edible

That's good to know! Though so far we have been consuming it within a month, or maximum 3 months. And they've been totally fine. But good to know that they last longer well too.

@the love of spice. Add one step to your process. Let them soak for 20 minutes in vinegar. Then pat dry... Then freeze
