Well i wont recommend you to just get up as soon as you wake because your body need to be prepared for doing any activity after waking up.... If you just wake up and run out of your bed then I may gave u a heart stroke... Soo just wait for 1 min after waking up and then start ur day

I used to wake up early in the morning around 4 am during board exams and yes the atmosphere at that time is quite different. At 5:00 am the satisfying sound of Azaan from the nearby mosque and at 5:30 the chants of Hanuman Chalisa from the temple filled me with the much needed positivity.

Guys.... I wake up early at 5 am and believe me I feel so calm and fresh.... morning time 4 to 6 am is just amazing.... I even wake up early on Saturday and sunday and its amazing....even if you wake up early and start work with laptop for office work it gets finished in just 1 hour which will take 4 hours after 9 am

I have started watching a series and just because that episodes get uploaded each day at 6 am, I wake up exactly at 5:30 even without alarm... motivation has changed me, from waking up at 11:00 am to waking as early as 5:30... it's a great transformation 😁

When you set your alaram at night, put it at least 10 steps away from you so that you have to leave the bed to shut it down. That's how it will be easy to leave the bed . Now I wake up at 4am in the morning without any hustle and I sleep like a baby .

I have really seen myself waking up at the exact time I want to. Just before I sleep I tell myself to wake up at 6 or 4 or anytime that I want to. Truly there's nothing more satisfying than waking up early. I totally agree on that.. Waking up 4.30 AM and observing the nature, watching the sunrise and birds or animals and people starting their day, chirping of birds. Fresh air. Taking a walk.. Sunbathing it's just so much better to wake up early and i felt that when i wake up early i feel much more energetic while working out..i feel focused and most importantly i feel i have self control over me.. I dont feel obsessed with social media, caffeine or any gadgets..

Another thing that helps to sleep early is , to just play this file called "winding down" by nimja on youtube. Its just a 8min file that tells u to relax and that the day is over, during which i dim my room lights, apply my hand cream, lip balm, drink milk..sortof like a bed time ritual. This reminds my body and mind that its time to sleep and i fall asleep much faster this way! Anybody reading my comment, please try it. Hope it helps :)

I wake up at 5:15 at morning help me to do all my work and schedule. I was also a lazy person but from few months .i just follow my pattern i wake up early in morning and feel fresh and enthusiastic 😊 early morning yoga is very good to calm ☺️with me and my family we do this at early morning.

I do this I keep my phone on the study table so that I couldn't resist from waking up😁 And believe me I wake up at 4:30 am and 1st half hour I listen some bhajans and then I spend 40 to 45 min with nature it's reAlly very calming and rejuvenating:) I also follow your 15 min yoga everyday without a single. I am not an early riser normally... Now that i am first time mom with WFH my sleep is on roller coaster ride.. I sleep whenever I get time..work during late hours... Everything is messed up... I can always feel my energy is draining out as days go... I don't know how these will help with a baby... But still i am going to try so that I can spend my quality time more with my baby morning hours besides running after chores, office work etc... That's my motivation now... When I try to wake up early, most of the times I don't get proper sleep. Disturbed sleep means I can't get up early. The cycle continues.

Finding out the exact reason for disturbed sleep could help you break the cycle. Or it could be anxiety (i mean the medical one) that doesn't allow you to sleep when you have plans of waking up early.
