Today, we're doing Fresh Strawberry Milk! Yes, its as simple as it sounds. We got this idea after seeing many cafes near our house selling this fresh milk for $6-8 a bottle. We ordered one and it was incredibly tasty (this coming from a lactose intolerant person lol!)
It's very easy to make at home... so follow along, and fill your refrigerator up with a few bottles. Your kid and guests will appreciate it ... berry much :)

If you want to make a more flavorful strawberry purée instead of pre mashing the strawberries, cut them into fourths mix them with your sugar and then put them into the fridge for 30 minutes. This helps break down the strawberry and after 30 minutes there should be juice at the bottom of the bowl, then you can mash them up and boil to cook and thicken. The strawberry taste will be stronger :))

you can take it a bit further by using brown sugar instead of white granules and adding cinamon

@@makaidiy5716 even more, if a touch of nutmeg. recommend roasting the cinnamon and nutmeg, then shaving a lil bit. 1 drop of vanilla if preferable. It will be more of a spiced strawberry, but the after taste will have a very strong straweberry flavour. The milk should bit off the spices. Even more farther. Sugar cane water. Use that and squeeze it out, and instead of boiling, roast the strawberries for a little bit on low heat to dry it out. Rehydrate with sugar cane water, and perform the same steps with as OP said with sugar etc

I made this, it was very good! I used a DR Pepper bottle and just cleaned it out. It was difficult to get everything through the tiny cap but makes for easy storage and travel! I will definitely make this again!

Most adhesives are pretty non-polar. Oils are triglycerides, and they're mostly non-polar hydrocarbon tails (other than the somewhat polar glycerol Ester core), so the oil is able to solvate the adhesive.

crush 10 strawberries, add 3 tablespoons of sugar. bring to a boil 20-30 sec. let it cool and fill your milk glass 1/4 of this. finely chop some strawberries and add to your drink. Shake well when you drink it.

It's more delicious with mixed red berries... Berry coulis (the sauce he made) can be used on multiple desserts it's also delicious with ice cream or yoghurt, I grew up on this stuff 😋😋😋

Helpful tip, when he cut the strawberries he cut it n half after the slices while holding the berry. I recommend cutting in half then lay flat and cut into strips then cube, this way you don't accidentally cut yourself. Just a little knife safety for you, all cuts happen from improper safety. Other than that loved the video and the recipe it tasted like a watered down strawberry yogurt, that is not a bad thing though!
