I have a problem with the water leaking from one of the hoses after I install it. Ay suggestions?

Hey, thanks but may i ask you a question? Recently, i noticed an accumulation of water in the bottom of the fridge. I found the culprit was the filter base. Every time the water dispenser was activated, water ran out of the back of the base. I have replaced the base and have the same problem. Any thought on why it would leak water there? I have a video clip if you need one
