This clip just gave me hope to nail the flip. I’m always intimidated of getting injured. There isn’t much snow in my local resort, so finding a practice spot has been very challenging. We are heading to Canadian Rockies from the east coast in two weeks, can’t wait to try these out.

finding that nice place for your first front flip is so hard without a good pow day. going off a kicker and popping feet up in the air and back flipping is sooo much easier for me and most people I've met that even go for it because you can spot your landing so much earlier and even if you mess up 90% you'll still land with your feet under you somewhere. nice break down and focus on where to start.
