When you fulfill normally on TikTok Shop, TikTok gives you partial reimbursement for shipping costs on orders below $30, and full reimbursement for shipping costs on orders above $30. When doing this Amazon method, are you sacrificing those reimbursements? Or do you still get reimbursed on shipping fees when sending inventory from Amazon?

Hey Trevin, great video. Couple quick question - is there a way to set up the MCF connection so that it selects "Only ship with blank boxes" and "Block Amazon Logistics as a carrier for this order" for all orders? Also, is there a way to do some orders automatically via Amazon MCF and other orders that we self fulfill ourselves? For example, if we're getting low on inventory at Amazon but we have some at our local warehouse we may prefer to fulfill some of the orders ourselves so that we can keep the Amazon stock available for Amazon orders and manually fulfill some other orders? Not sure if that made sense the way I wrote it. Just want to know if we can have the fulfillment feed paused daily and then select those we want to self fulfill and then click a button that will send the rest to Amazon MCF. Your insight is appreciated.

Great video Trevin. Two questions come to mind. One, what if you have a GTIN exemption on Amazon and therefore cannot submit a UPC? Secondly, can you not fulfil your Tik Tok order directly through Amazon MCF? Thanks a bunch for sharing!

Big question I can’t find the answer! Does the sales on TikTok shop boost your Amazon listing? I’ve been Amazon seller since 2017 and I’m also an affiliate on TT. Amazon is just taking a pick and pack fee. Basically as if you were using a 3PL or shipping tour self. Just paying for the cost of shipping. And then TikTok takes there referral fee. When all said and done it’s like 20% cheaper than when I sell my products just on Amazon

When making amazon do the fulfillment what will be the shipping cost? For example the product we sell are 2.9 lb and amazon FBA fees are 9.96 $. Will they charge less because they dont apply the 15% referral fee or it will be the same shipping fee?

They don't charge referral fee on an MCF order.

Yes no problem. TikTok takes 8% and people pay for shipping on TikTok. It’s my most profitable platform right now. In total my fees are around 15% on TikTok. That includes the Amazon shipping it to my TikTok customer.

It will automatically update tracking. That is what the software does.

Yeah it’s just a fulfillment order fee. It’s a little more than if you were to fulfill it yourself. But when you calculate time and shipping materials it’s a lot cheaper to have it automatically fulfilled. It’s also easier to manage inventory if you don’t have a lot of Cashflow. But overall the fee is not crazy.
