Heck yeah dude! Can't believe your almost to 10k. Got my cousin hooked on your videos too 😂. Im doing this trick on my explorer cause I'm floored and it hardly does crap so im gonna try it out, i know the 90s fords had throttle cable stretching problems and the 5.0 explorer cables aren't adjustable. I know for a fact its gonna help my car out 😂. Ive been getting so much done on my car so this is probably gonna be up next on the list after I replace the accumulator spring which I keep putting off 😂. Anyways, great video as always. Great video and an absolutely HUGE congratulations on nearly 10k man, you deserve every one. 🎉 I did something like this near the beginning of the year, I tried using zip ties but that was enough for me to lose my mind. 😅 Ended up making a small metal sleeve to go around the cable. I doesn’t seem to make a difference other then keeping the pedal firm and not rattling around. Hope you had a good Christmas, and will have a great New Years!

@wword Love ya truck man. Mines having serious issues at idle. It'll idle normal until it starts getting warm then the warmer it gets the worse the problem gets. It'll go from 1k to 500 and back and forth like that and sometimes lower almost stalling out. If I rev it it gets even worse. It's a 1998 K2500 with the 5.7 vortec.
