How to Gain Combat Rating FAST in NEW Hell or Inferno Difficulty

While combat rating is important I know that in time your combat rating will rise faster than your secondary stats. More so if you are a new player. Unless you are very lucky and play focused on just getting extra armor where you can your armor will suffer. That means you will take more damage from monsters critical hits than you would if you have armor equal to the level of difficulty you are playing at. Survivability is not an issue if I can keep my armor in step with my combat rating. When hitting Inferno 1 I noticed that will no longer be possible for me unless I ether get extremely lucky. Play focusing on getting all the normal gems that I can get in a week's time along with getting all free aspirants keys per week so I can level up armor in the legacy of the horadrim. Any other way of playing makes me feel forced to spend in order to keep up the armor rating just to get what I am after. Which means spend money to get plat in order to level up armor. That is why I am no longer playing. When Blizz adds in catch up mechanics or drops all caps except server paragon cap. Allow players to get more keys from running legacy of the horadrim and let them do it more than once a day would be great. Allowing us to farm whatever piece of content that we want to do in order to make progress where we want to make it would be a great change. Along with changing monetization I will not be coming back to Immortal. Because Immortal is not a game for me at this point in time. Since I don't see them ever changing their monetization model I know that there is no way that I will be coming back. Sadly I don't think that those above things will ever change.

Eco, always take your unidentified gear to Cyrangar. The likelihood of getting ancestral properties is high for cursed gear.

Never ever break down positive CR items when you first enter a new difficulty! The single most important stat is CR and it makes the greatest difference and since you just began inferno 3 you have 100 levels to grind through. I am 26985cr 23447 damage and 4400res and I cam tell you that when I do this exact thing, open all my mystery’s items, I immediately put on the highest cr items and then start grinding away. Obviously you can change the essence of your legos but you will quickly begin it get drops of the set items you want, especially with the new random dungeon system that guarantees a set item every 7th run and chest greens don’t count against it. I’m 1021 and have all triple stat legos, all but one triple stat set items and I have the set items I use for both PVE and PVP already. You’ll begin getting better drops quickly and also one of the most important things to do is prefarm the next level up as soon as you can. By the time I got to para 1000 I had my stash nearly filled with 4 arrow up legendaries and set times and I already had 78 inf3 whisps! I started perfarming by 950 and I never went back to inf2 after I reached 970. So immediately my stash brought me over 25500cr and by this point im a hair away from 27000cr. I’m not a big spender, however I have been extremely lucky with gem drops since day one and currently have 3 5***** gems, phoenix ash, BSJ and Chip of stone Flesh all ranked 7 and every other gem is 5*** or 5**** ranked 6 which I’ve gotten all from Elder Rifts. I’ve spent just about $3000 since the game started and I only buy chest with orange crest and orbs and orbs directly. Something to consider also is that I see you have an alt toon, if you start to level that toon which gets 1500%xp boost, you’ll gain access to those limited chest that become available after you reach a new difficulty level and I realized that orbs are an account currency not an individual toon currency so you can purchase those $49.99 chest that come with 3000 orbs and 30 legendary crest and the orbs can be spent on your main toon! Just something I never knew until I began to play an alt when the blood Knight was released. My BK is 1002 and it was so quick with the 1500% xp boost you get until you hit hell 8 I believe then it begins to drop until you reach paragon server level. Hope this helps at all and maybe provides some info for players who didn’t know these things! Love your channel!

Someone on Reddit said there is a 100% chance for any Weapons found in Defense or Purge will be Ancestral. That isn't True. There is just a higher chance for them to be Ancestral. They also said if you ID Legendary Gear in the Accursed Towers would be Cursed. Also, not True.

@@Camersan When I got to 1.000, I used around 40 of these items within the Cyrangar Cellar. I got 8 weapons out of these and they were *all* ancestral.

@@Camersan You cannot ID gear inside of the Accursed Tower, this has to be done outside of the tower. Where you GENERATE the item is what determines its property. The accurate statement is 100% of drops that are obtained through the victory screen of the normal, once-per-week Castle Defense will be always be a Weapon and it will always be an Invocation. And the accurate thing about location is not if you ID the item, it is if the item is generated in that location. So if you use a Mystery Legendary item, which creates an un ID item for you right on the spot, and you use it awhile inside of a Purge, when you go to ID that item it will always be an Invocation item. If you just take random items to the castle and ID them there is no guarantee that they will be invocation. The item must be generated while you're already in a purge. Weapons or normal drops that you find from mobs or chests inside of a purge do not seem to share this same feature for whatever reason. I have never had an item generated from a Myetery Legendary token used inside a purge not give an Invocation.

You should have opened all of those Legendary items and boxes inside of a Purge =( Those generated items will have a 100% chance to be Invocation items, far better than Cursed nonsense. Same goes for Cursed gear, if someone hates their life enough to hunt it down over Invocation, you can open them in an accursed tower for cursed gear. This only works on items that generate the item when you actually use it, but is very worth it.
