An idea about sharing meals with girlfriends, , uou can put a whole recipe into apps like cronometer and fat secret,, then portion it out on your scale and have a much better idea.

if you can't track your calories accurately while living with your girlfriend, maybe pay more attention to weekly rate of weight gain to ensure your surplus is near target

That workout program he was on sounds really sub-optimal. Something out of the early 2000's.

But this is actually not bad! All the extra food is building muscle probably AND also revving up metabolic rate. So if he does another cut and drops from current baseline, the fat will melt off. Abs he’ll have more lean mass after cutting down compared to previous 157 lbs. He’ll probably look even more jacked at 10%

I've been doing this unintentionally 👀 I was asked if I had been shredding in the gym but I don't know what the hecks he was meaning so here I am , 6% bodyfat natty always getting asked what to do but honestly I just thought I was dehydrated and over eating sugary foods making the veins pop but I'm going to really attemp to maintain it properly with this information. I’m down to 1500 calories a day, working lifting every single day, and I’m still not losing much fat but am losing strength. Not sure what to do in this situation bc I certainly wasn’t losing weight eating 2000-2500 per day. If you happen to watch TheBellLife, Trey from that channel is fuckin yoked, he’s nearly 50, and he says to eat only 800 calories per day. Which is insane to me but I mean he’s got the results to prove it, however I also think he’s on gear bc idk how he couldn’t be looking like that and eating only 800 calories per day.

Have you calculated your TDEE and checked in practice what your approx maintenance intake is? 1500 sounds very low to me and its likely that of you are losing weight and strength then you body is burning more muscle than fat (a position im finding myself in too). My weight was decreasing but my fat % increased....that was during a sub2000 cal intake. Im now between 2000-2500 (around 300-500 below maintenance and noticing my body fat % going down again. I think my body is adjusting from very low carb to moderate carb diet. Im waiting to see if the BF% trend continues downwards. Each person is different and the way they burn calories is different too. You just need to find what works for you but stay meticulous with tracking physical and nutritional parameters.

Hy,Dang,you have to intake carbs+protein in 30 minutes before your training sesion,and the same ratio imediately after training.The reason-durring effort your body will use as fuel the carbs you intaked before,instead the glicogen from your muscles.That glicogen must to be in muscle,waiting for the protein that you intaked before training,to repair,and to nurse immediately after training the muscle cells.The carbs after training with protein,will produce the protein sintesys,and the muscle fibres already nursed,will start to rehab and to grow,by produced new cels.The protein and the calories intaked early,during the day,heve the role to feed those new cells,but but it is the secondary action.The first as importance is to heve new born cells to be feed by the lastly resource,of protein,combined with real food,macronutrients,meat,veggies,fats,cholesterol,vits.and minerals.The main nutrition fase must have place aprouce the training sesion,not hours before,not hours after.Before use 2 soft boiled eggs+1banana+aminos.Intraworkout magnesium+electrolites special wheh you are sweating alot.Post training-wey protein+aminos.After 2 hours eat 2 eggs,meet,1slice of brown bread with butter,veggies,some rice,dairy,cesse,yogurt,etc.wallnuts,and avocado as good quality fats,but no fruits.At 3 hours after the meal,berries,to not "meet"the food.At the meal you allready replace the berryes with veggies and/or legumies.No snaks! Next meal after 2 hours,cicken,1egg,dairy.+aminos.Before bed whey protein shake,disolved in half water,half milk.or just milk.sleep well.excuse my english,salute from Romania.

Caller is kidding himself. He is making up numbers on the spot. Adam wants to call him out, he is rubbing his ankle really hard this video. That is his ‘holding back’ involuntary reaction. Realize the caller claimed he gained 38 pounds on a minuscule calorie bump.

If you have bad genetics, accept gaining slowly..... and man, so slow you wont notice until 2 years have passed! now if you have decent genetics you can push alot of food and not get so sloppy fat. Math wont help any bit, its just a starting point! adjusting your diet is by feel and mirror.
