May I ask what was the purpose of the Index Field? coz it was showing the same data? It would be nice if the Date was Generated according to the Index

Report date is not provide the correct result. You select from date 2 Jan 2020 but showing the date in the report form 6 Dec 2020. Correction needed! Thanks
