Hey Andrew, a few queries from the video if I may: - Why did you duplicate x3 of the same ad sets for the first CBO? - Are there any other indicators to watch out for beyond 1) no purchases and 2) a below break-even ROAS to kill a CBO? - Once we are in the CBO phase, i.e., raising the daily budgets of the successful winning CBOs, when do we stop the testing of the testing-phase interests? Many thanks!
@Jordan-md3uc10 ай бұрын
After the initial testing campaign, you duped the best interest 3 times into scaled CBO campaigns. Are you running the same interest 3 times (3 separate campaigns) to test the CBO, or in just one? It appears to be just once in the video but you did dupe it 3 times in this video as well.

I've seen a lot of Facebook Ads tutorial videos on KZbin but nobody ever broke it down this simple. Thank you Andrew. I have a question about the scaling campaign, you said to make three copies of the winning Adsets in the testing campaign, well what if only One of those 3 is doing well in the the scaling campaign? You didn't say anything about that. Should we turn off the other 2 Assets that are not doing well, or does it always have to be scaled with all 3 Adsets on?

Did you ever change your ad copy at any time? How do you introduce new creatives?
@AndrewDropshipping11 ай бұрын
It's been the same ad copies since the beginning of the test. I did not test any new creatives at the time because it was more of a seasonal product that'll die soon anyways. You can introduce new creatives by either starting a brand new testing campaign with your winning interests with new creatives or if you're spending a lot and want accelerated results, start a brand new CBO with a currently winning interest but new creatives.
@yalhan11 ай бұрын
Always appreciate the free game brother! Will definitely be implementing this on my new store. Can’t thank you enough for dropping this gem. One quick question tho…how many different creatives do you use to test? Ik you mentioned you do 2 in an older video but wanted to double check.

2-3 creatives initially for a testing campaign is enough!

Every time you double the budget you are resetting the learning phase. Why would you not increase by 20-30% every 2-3 days? You are basically screwing up the cbo right? Genuinely curious about this. Thx.
@AndrewDropshipping11 ай бұрын
While this is correct, it's worth the risk when it's in lower spends. Doing 20-30% increases every 2-3 days is a very slow way to scale. You also run the risk of not scaling fast enough and your competitor outbids you in the auction by scaling faster than you. That's why the decision to increase the CBO by 2x is recommended until after around 1k/day in spend, ONLY if you're getting 1.9-2+ in ROAS, assuming your breakeven is 1.3-1.5.

Hi Andrew, 2 more questions since I've just realised that you try to answer all comments on this video. 1. How is it structured with VAT? Like I live in Europe so I don't have to pay VAT to countries outside of Europe right? How is that with you? And do you also target European countries sometimes or specifically not because of VAT? 2. Do you also offer a 1 on 1 mentorship? I am currently looking for a mentorship and I think you are very helpful and knowledgeable but I think only buying your $997 course would leave me with too many specific questions once I run into them later on. Also a Discord community with hundreds of people asking for help so not a 1 on 1 would either give away my product or not give me a chance of good help.

It's more efficient & consistently profitable without overspending on budget. 10 adsets at $20 each increases our testing campaign to $200 per test which is 100% more expensive than $100 per product test. $100 testing has given more or less enough budget and time to see if a product is a winner or not.

@AndrewDropshipping11 ай бұрын
You can go broad if you'd like but it's always been more consistent for my students and I to do interest targeting testing campaigns to start. There's more control as you can kill specific interests that don't work and scale those that do. Going broad from the beginning seems easier but less control. I still don't understand.. Okay so let's say Shopify Dashboard is his second store cause it's the latest date Nov 24th to Dec 7th. Second store being the one that he kept because the first one has payment holds. That would mean he would have the ad account for the second store to show how much he spent to get 90K and his ad strategy for Nov 24th to Dec 7th. He proceeds to show the ad account for another store presumably for his old store cause the ad manager shows early November dates. Why show the ad manager for the old store when that shop is supposedly closed. If you launched a second store and should have the ad account for the second store between dates Nov 24th to Dec 7th why not show the FB ad account...

@AndrewDropshipping11 ай бұрын
The only number I left out of the daily profits would be payment provider fees, around 2.4% of the total revenue and 30c each order. Still plenty of profit to go around. The real reason why some CBOs don't work, is because when you duplicate there is no guarantee that the ads will optimize the same way as what worked previously. It resets the optimizations and targeting every duplicate you do. If you really want to take advantage of your budget and not just throw cash away, you should be upping budgets directly on adsets that are converting.

It's the same product being sold in different stores and on different dates. You can check the AOV to make sure that it's the same product. It was descaled due to issues with payment processing on the previous store. Can't really fake the numbers as I'm showing you the Facebook ads manager + screenshots with the charts loaded on Shopify. The beginning clip (2nd time it was scaled) was closer to 100k in sales than the initial so it was used as the intro, but the 1st time it was scaled up had better content. Also, the 2nd time it was scaled back up was more revenue and already had optimization so it wouldn’t be a fair testing campaign to scaling campaign example for viewers. Yep, during the rest of the scaling, it maintained a 2.2+ roas pretty much every day during scaling. The break even ROAS on this product was around 1.4 to 1.5, depending on the bundle order discounts from my supplier. Congrats on your 1.2M in sales!!!

I think there was 5-6 scaling CBOS before I cut the video short! Correct me if I was wrong. There’s definitely other ways of scaling once you’re past a certain point but I blurred it as it’s an exclusive for my paid discord (they were the ones that saw it first). However, these campaigns are enough to get you to your first $100k in sales, as long as your raise budgets profitably.

What is the specific reason to run ads at 12am midnight, everyone is sleeping by that time
@AndrewDropshipping11 ай бұрын
Facebook ads runs & optimizes on a 24 hour schedule, hour by hour. They won't spend that much of your budget at 12am-8am.

Why don’t you test 3 videos and 3 thumbnail’s first and then move to interest testing after you find the best performing video?
@AndrewDropshipping11 ай бұрын
In all the adsets with interests, there’s also 2-3 ad videos in there. Facebook will adjust their spend depending on which ad video they think will perform the best. You have to target something (unless you go all broad) so might as well target interests that make sense to your product while testing creatives.
@kajuskausinis839011 ай бұрын
I see, so you just basically duplicate the 5 interests and change out the videos? So for example there would be 15 different ad sets
@AndrewDropshipping11 ай бұрын
I’ll only have 2-3 creatives being tested within 10 interests.
@chelschels777911 ай бұрын
@@kajuskausinis8390 no there are 2-3 videos, all adsets have the same videos in each. only difference is the interest

Andrew finally you are back I've been waiting for so long 😇... Liked the video even before watching it cuz i know the enormous value you bring to the table...❤ You're a gem 💎 Andrew By the way I have one question do you test same interest multiple times 🤔? I have Dog toy as my winning interest when I duplicated it and hit suggestions I got the interest Dog Food which was losing interest... So should I test Dog Food again or look for different suggestions? 🤔 Waiting for your precious answer Andrew... Love you alot bro❤
@AndrewDropshipping11 ай бұрын
Thanks for being so early! I usually don’t test the same interest multiple times if it doesn’t work the first time. The only time I’d do it would be if I’m super profitable later on and want to test more interests.

@@theecomzone The product was descaled due to payment processor issues and rescaled towards the end of Nov-Dec. The revenue was closer to 100k revenue so I used it as an intro. Hey folks, here's the scoop.. You won't catch a glimpse of a Facebook sale until you've greased the wheels with at least $2k. Starting off with a little $50 or $100 campaigns? Brace yourself for running about 10 of those just to sniff out some sales. It's the not-so-glamorous truth the gurus keep hush-hush about! They're painting this picture of starting your financial freedom with a miserable $500, but let's be real, that's just a drop in the bucket. It's time to wake up and smell the coffee, my friends!
