Heath Media made our sales drop to zero within 3 days of signing up for their ad management. If you’re considering signing up with them, you should know, you won’t be getting a manager with Ben’s level of experience or expertise. You’ll get an intern, who will create a lazy, generic strategy in one afternoon. Our manager turned off our working campaigns, or lowered the budget and put them in learning mode, even though we explicitly asked him not to do that. Now he keeps on denying anything being wrong, and the guy we signed up with isn’t responding to my emails. I haven’t gotten a response since a few days, hence this comment.

The production quality on this is insane. Better than paid courses I've bought. Also of the few facebook ad courses I've done they talk about psychology of sales marketing etc but don't teach this essential info we need. The campaign set up is overwhelming. Thanks mate.

Thank you very much Ben. I've now followed a few of your tutorials to get FB set-up for life beyond mere boosting. Any hints of what sort of campaign you should run when the sales/leads conversion is on another website (events ticketing agency) that you don't have access to. FB is red flagging me that I'm not setting up a form or cart to capture the conversion & getting a local council-run theatre to work with us on this is an impossibility. This is a massive problem for artists, concerts when they hire a theatre and have to use the theatre's ticketing system. Anyway, have a good one! Cheers from Aus.

Thank you so much for condensing this massive amount of information in a palatable format. I do have a question, you stated that you do sugest daily budget as opposed to lifetime budget for beginners - but in my experience, the downside has been that you cannot schedule ads between a specific time window. I know it is possible to apply rules outside the campaign - but this is really complicated, ended up turning on a bunch of old campaigns that I had no intention of running and costing a bunch of wasted money. Could you share some insights on best practices when it comes to scheduling ads? (I have watched your video on this topic but I think it misses. lot of nuance) Thank you so much for your help!

Amazing channel; I'm watching everything. I set up my first FB ad campaign yesterday! Question - I had many ads under one ad set at first and I was seeing conversions ("results") populate. However, today I changed to multiple ad sets each with one ad so that I can better control & spread out the spend, but I'm not seeing any results populate today (all ad sets have the same Attribution Setting). I've re-tested the event, and it appears to be triggering properly. Any suggestions?

For a new business/brand, I've been reading and getting advice that you should set up a traffic campaign to start driving traffic to the website first. Would starting off with a sales objective not work because there isn't enough data yet for Meta to figure out who's actually going to convert?

Hey Ben, Ref campaign objective. We are building a "waitlist" of consumers for a product we have not yet launched. Once we have a sufficient waitlist we will move to taking online pre-orders (crowd-sourcing style) via our email list. Given that the ultimate objective is Sales would you recommend setting "Sales" as the campaign objective even as we build the waitlist or would you advise setting the campaign obj as "Leads" during the waitlist phase and then changing it to "Sales" when we start taking pre-orders?
