you have to keep your hair laid down by wearing a durag while you sleep. Also keep up the brush sessions along with that and that will allow you to maintain your wolf longer.

So at the end of your final wolfing what size would I get my cut if my original starting length is 1.5 with the grain which I start to form waves at that length but about three weeks later my hair is pretty much unmanageable and if I don't get the cut I kinda loose all my wave progress when I get it cut back to a 1.5 with the grain

So wolfing for 2 weeks is a stage 1 Wolfing for 4 weeks is a stage 2 Wolfing for 6 weeks is a stage 3 Wolfing for 12 weeks is a stage 4 The longer you wolf the Lower the haircut level you can get (this is obviously for coarse hair but other hair textures vary) Haircut level you get will depend on how confident you are on how your 360 waves look as soon as you stop wolfing Like 360 wave-process rashaad said to continue progress cut to level 2 from there you carry on training your waves Then you will eventually get deeper waves and then you can then possibly consider cutting to a 1.5 or 1 Also could you please explain what 1 with a guard or 2 with a guard means the guard parts

Iman King no you should be gaining progress you should be soild... it also depend how fast your hair grows so if your hair grows really slow then you should extend your wolf time 4 to 6 week... if you still not satisfied with your progress or your hair is growing slow then 6 to 8 weeks...

I don’t have a formula written down but since mention that imma do that today.. If your hair grows fast, and it hard to manage your hair for 8 weeks, then you should try wolfing 4 to 6 week and put in brush work. You should be gaining progress but remember when you get your hair cut you will see a deduction in your waves but it’s okay cause that’s what every coarse hair waver go through... after a few days you should see them coming back..

Ok when you first begin to wolf you wouldn't see as much waves as you would if you intermittently wolf. So when you cut your hair on your first wolf you shouldn't cut your hair too low or else you'd loose your progress. In your pics it looks like you were wolfing before (as a coarse hair waver)...now put that in your 360 wave processor dictionary.
