If you replicate this strategy, but very carefully not to accidentally buy the jungle item before 20 min. Even if you undo or sell your item the nerf to minion xp will stay with you the whole 20 minutes and you'll have griefed yourself beyond repair.

I usually time my purchase for the item about 19:00 min. 30sec to get back to lane and you only get penalized one wave. then you can start "stacking" the jungle to be part of your champ i.e. free up a slot. I ran Tryn SMITE mid and was just stealing all the dragons etc.

Just tested this 2x in quick play. It couldn't have been a better testing environment, i got blind picked into a flipping Quinn and an ignite teemo, both absolute lane nightmares for singed. Helped me proxy early, secure cannons under tower and I took a grub to deny the other team 6. Won both gmes pre 20 so i didnt even get to experience the XP slingshot, minish is on to something here.

It ain't a bug. It's using an intended feature of the game in an unintended way. It's an exploit. In this context it's not punishable but I do expect them to patch it so it's not abusable.

i've been playing this style in normal games and have won like 10 matches in a row, its a great option instead of minion dematerializer and makes u a threat to the enemy jungler, as a jungle main and former singed jg one trick I fucking love this playstyle

If having smite post 20m gives you catchup xp, ADCs should run it. Use it to control the wave in lane and catapult up in experience as they enter the late game.

I kinda want to try this on Cassiopeia now. She doesn't struggle with cannons like singed, but she would benefit from blue smite to hit q's and the xp boost, late game she could powerfarm enemy jungle pretty well too.

I honestly feel like smite in lane in most cases isn't even all that bad. Not having to contest cannons denies your opponents plays and being able to double smite jungle objectives pretty much guarantees your team can succeed in taking most important objectives before the opponents, so isn't that worth giving up an Ignite's worth of combat power?

It’s not necessarily against kassadin specifically. Taking an early inhib where you’re not able to close out the game causes your super minions to spawn which then goes to the enemies. Super minions push rly hard to the enemies will get a constant influx of high level, high gold minions they can kill. Kassadin is a champ that scales very well with levels (mainly his ult) so giving the enemy team the chance to collect a bunch of gold or exp is no bueno. Especially against a scaling champ like kassadin.

I dont understand how people have such a problem laning against singed. anything with sustain or any tank especially tanks with shields can face tank the waves. and typically end up with more cs than they would normally get because they never have to risk trading over a last hit. things like sion or olaf are especially good at denying proxy pressure.

The problem with things like olaf is they get outscaled hard, and cant chase singed down. People struggle against singed because he is uninteractive and they get bored.
