had a jax take refillable and NOTHING else with this strat to top lane. he then proceeded to tank a slow push while ahead in health which soon he was behind in health. Because he thought it would be smart to do that in front of a cc machine like Rell who only bought a ruby crystal first item. He then lost lane and afked. we won without him. :)

Been testing a yorick build/playstyle with smite teleport top in bot games. It's a very similar idea, but ive also been maximizing ghoul/maiden damage by building shadowflame and liandry's. The idea is that you try to pressure every lane by constantly sending ghouls down them, while also throwing ghouls on camps + dragon. Also late game maiden + 4 ghouls can take baron without yorick even being there. Downside is that your entire team will hate you and have no gold, but thats fine because your ghouls are the only teammates you need.

@@elcomedianteconfuturo3892 if the ghouls start combat with anything while inside a lane they'll automatically continue down it until they either get dragged out of the lane by an enemy or die. Yorick's limit of 4 ghouls also only counts for ghouls that are following him so as long as you don't get close to any ghouls pushing a lane, you can have ghouls pushing every lane at the same time.

thank you for actually giving the correct information on this. My friend had a bug where a crash during loading caused them like, an 80% xp reduction and our support blamed the smite (i had accidentally grabbed smite mid myself, and bought the item to jungle in case her crash took too long, she then took diana mid with doran's ring) and refused to believe it was tied to the item. She ended up level 2 with like 39 cs, it was absolutely ridiculous, and everyone but me kept telling her "it's the smite", when it was obviously a bug. A few games later I accidentally brought smite to lane again (I'm a jungle main with adhd okay?) and I didn't just dominate lane with normal xp, but also got more drakes/void objectives than either jungler. It works fine if you know how to, and whatever caused my friend's bug was game breaking.

As a jungler - I'll add my $0.02 on whether to take smite. Besides the match-up, what the junglers are matters. If the junglers (especially yours) are hardcore farming junglers, it's probably not worth it because there won't be enough free camps to be worth your time. If your both junglers are gank-heavy slow clearing junglers then there will be more camps up and your jungler won't care as much if you take a few.

I mean that sounds like the best timeline :D. As a top main for the last 10 years; it's way more unique to play against different playstyles instead of the only 3 champs that are viable for that role. (Tank meta for example: Sion, Orn, Mundo, Maokai etc.)

This is actually so smart and in theory you could probably buy the jgl item before minute 19 bc the gold penalty gets away at minute 14. If you fall behind in exp you can eather adapt with the lvl pot although it only gets you a quicker lvl up of your spell and not more stats or also you still gain the advantage of getting more from camps and get the jgl buffs. I think there is room for perfecting this i will definetly try this out great video

I'd been trying to run smite top with unsealed spellbook specifically, on a variety of champions but particularly zyra trying to replicate my spirit stone mid build from like 2015 or whatever, do you think there's any off meta (or meta) top lane picks that could work with this? I was trying it on roaming style supports or junglers so that I could help garauntee four grubs (2 smites each time) every game However I typically had too much trouble staying up in gold with smite in lane and couldn't transition into mid game well at all and kinda stopped trying, but I really wanted to make unsealed work (I think I started doing it with champions where I felt the keystone just didn't have a huge impact, and would be worth trading for basically teleport + smite together)

I'm a kayn main and I love your kayn top setup, I use it all the time. After the profane animation cancel kayn tech was removed last patch, I've been cooking with other first items, like eclipse or hubris first. I was just wondering how you're taking the nerf, cuz honestly profane is still good for the wave clear but it's just so clunky in combat application that I wonder if it even worth anymore. I decided to go into the practice tool to see if support could do this, and we can upgrade it once for the 900 smite and then sell the pokemon, but it doesnt remain, you just have the smite, and if you upgrade it completely youre locked out the support item. but if you can manage to somehow sell the support item and upgrade the jungle item in base, and undo the support item selling you get them both..

Fun troll Kayn top build for you to try, I've been going eclipse into essence reaver then ldr and quickblades finishing with shojin. you can run whatever runes and sums but if you take hob the build kinda slaps XD essence solves mana issues and with quickblades and stacked shoin your abilities do 24% increased damage.

What you mean is that when you're on the fifth item and nothing's happening in game then you sell your item, buy jungle pet, finish jungle pet, and then buy item? This means you have to be sure you have enough gold to make up for the loss when you sold it right? Or am I missing something?

you get like 400-500 gold per minute and items sell for 70% of what they cost so it's very likely you'll never run into this issue

Oh been using this playstyle from season 14, one thing that making this kinda stupid is that, assisting jg killing dg/baron obj giving you stack too, so the gameplay is you wanna abuse it with helping jg clearing scuttle and start clearing your own jg, and wait until you get 1/2 candy stack from your jg item(only getting krugs/gromp if u start topside since u dont wanna ruin your jg tempo) The powerspike is not on jg item completed, after you complete 20 stack, the power spike already in here, usually i use nimbus cloak since its give you free chase / running away tool Usually i play it on sylas since sylas didnt need any summoner spell anyways pretty nice video tho!!, u should try it in mid , since its less risk than playing in top
