How to get a CAPTAINS LICENSE | Episode 3.5

In this mid-week episode, I discuss my experience on getting my YACHTMASTER CAPTAINS LICENSE
So I left PARLAY REVIVAL and decided to start my own KZbin channel! It's been on my mind to start a channel for years now. The timing finally feels right!

Congrats on the Captain’s license. I’m in the U.S. and have had my USCG license since 2005. It cracks me up how many people take a safe boating course and they think they have a Captain’s license…..🙄

Excellent explanation of the process. I started the Yachtmaster course in Auckland many years ago but when I discovered the sea time requirement I dropped out. A big waste of money on an apprentice wage. Look forward to following your journey 👍👍

The YM offshore , only cost 242£ . Which is only the exam. The 2000 dollers must be for the preparation and the use of the yacht for the exam. Well done on passing .

Outstanding work, congratulations, all your effort and preparation paid off. I appreciate the detailed information on YACHMASTER licensing. I went the USCG route 22 years ago while in the USVI, it was not nearly as comprehensive as your credential. Much Respect ✊🏽

This is going to be interesting, No tits and Bums, No leaning forward when placing the camera down low to talk to the viewers. No showers on deck as that’s what everyone does. I've heard it's not that easy, and it shouldn't be. Especially if you are in charge of other lives. A lot of extensive theory. My friend got his for the fishing trawler he purchased.
