Not a promotion but I used Paytm postpaid and use it 1-2 time max a month and after 7-8 months my credit score stood at 790 and this is my first loan/bnpl card I got no loan or anything in past nor I do lot of bank transactions but still. What I think it grew because I was 18 that time and I used it by mistake and paid the bill just next day and till now my habit is to pay even before the due date that's what I think has helped me get this score

Visa officers will not get duped by this kind of income tax return. They need to be sure that you have ties strong enough with your country that will enable you to return. And for that you need to show that you have a stable source of income, among other things.

The banking relation point is totally true. I also received a Credit Card(25k)from HDFC Bank as I am a hostelite and my parents keep sending me money every month.

at the age of 18 who wont accept an offer for a life time free card with limit 25K. Although my Min Bal was also the same so the bank might given me the card for that reason also just like a fd as a collateral

One card is no doubt the best starter credit card in India in terms of user experience and a justified credit limit with proportion to FD. I got my first CC the next month I turned 18 when my PAN card came. One card was giving too offers in many platform earlier. Now its bit low but doesn't mean its not worthy enough. Just go for it.
