Are you looking for a spreadsheet listing properties and whether or not they are on these lists: code violations, tax delinquent, 24 Hour arrest record, pre foreclosure, auction list, city liens, owner obituaries, etc .... this information would be listed all in one place. which means you would know if properties were actually worth pursuing depending on how many lists they are on. this is a system i am working on in my home town but i don't see a reason that it can't be utilized in any major city that has online access to public records this will save a ton of time for people going through these lists. for instance, the code violations list in my hometown has 15,000 properties and anything from commercial, land, vacant lots, single family. it would take days do manually through and figure out if any of these properties have delinquent taxes for example. i can now do that list and tell you which properties have delinquent taxes and how much in 45 minutes and that's just the tip of the iceberg

Here. Find your county, call them. Ask for list. Most will not edit your list down they will just send you raw data. Yes. You can wholesale lots of different Properties and the lists are different from county to county. If you find a motivated seller who would like to sell try your local real estate investment club for mentorship. They work great. Or a local online meet up or Facebook group

What you are describing is a tax lien list. Properties going to auction that you buy for back taxes and you have to wait. Yes you are correct. What I describe in the video is delinquent property taxes it's trying to buy the property before it goes to auction

Some people will tell you that because you may be the only one who has ever asked for a list. Or the person may think you are talking about tax liens. . If you got realquest.com and get a list it's there. I stay in East Atlanta. I contacted DeKalb about 2 years ago and I get a refreshed list every 6 months. You may have to talk to someone different or they may charge you.
