For those who are encountering "Login Failure: Your Certificate Number or Business Partner Number is incorrect." issue when logging in, give them another 24 hours and it will work. Make sure you remove all dashes before pasting the numbers into the login fields as well.

No. Use your SSN. All 1s is for people without a SSN or visa number

Also in the end you said we could be liable for tax on our items. So if I pay tax on lets say all the t shirts I buy and prints I buy, does that mean I don't have to charge sales tax when I sell it? Or do I still need to charge sales tax and report it on all the things I sell?

Question. I have an Airconditionng installation and repair company in Florida. It’s an LLC S Corp with two 10% owners. We pay sales tax at the counter when buying parts and equipment and don’t charge our customers sales tax. I’m wanting to add appliance sales to my business and I’m not sure how to proceed, I feel like would be required to charge sales tax on the appliance sales. So confusing. Any help is appreciated.

Bro I have filled the DR1 form and sent it to the email you have given as account creation. An automatic replay came up telling me not to email them my important documents, Social Security Number, EIN or any other personal documents. yes for some reason he doesn't go through the actual website layout to fill it out, he uses a fillable PDF form of some sort. but the information is all the same just the layout is different. i did mine and just got approved

This form looks nothing like what is shown here (followed same links) and if you select LLC (which many will do) it forces you to chose either S-Corp or C-Corp. Deferring will force you to use SSN or Visa number.

We still get it done for clients without those things. We have been doing the same way. The trick Is at the end but sure they can change forms anytime
