Hi there! I'm from the Philippines and I'll be studying in France starting September of this year. Just wanted to ask if you'd happen to know if I need to undergo any medical tests or processes in preparation for my study abroad in France?

Hi there! As a student from the Philippines studying in France, you do not typically need to undergo any medical tests for the student visa application. However, check the specific requirements of your visa type and consult the French consulate for any updates or additional requirements.

Hello! If you live in a country without the Etudes en France procedure and no Campus France office, you can still apply for a French student visa with an admission letter from a recognized French institution. Make sure to check the specific requirements of the French consulate in your country for any additional documents needed. Good luck with your application!

Hello, thanks for all the detailed information. I had one query please. I am from Bangladesh, and I am now in Norway as I finished my Masters here. I got French language diploma offer letter already. So, my question would be about police clearance certificate. Should I take it from my country, or the current country I am in right now?

Suppose you are applying for a French visa or residence permit. In that case, you may need to sibmit a police clearance certificate from each country where you have resided for an extended period. As a result, you may require credentials from both Bangladesh and Norway.

Hello Sir, how are you? I have a quick question, in fact I was admitted to a private university, I paid a deposit of 5600€, I still have 2000€ to pay when I am in France. Now my question concerns the financial aspect of the visa application, I wish to be my own guarantor, that is to say that I will use my bank account with a balance of €10,000 (bank statement + work certificate + a letter explanatory). I would like to ask your opinion, is this acceptable for the financial side, give me your opinion with the experience you have in the field. Thank you very much for your support, God bless you.

For a France student visa application, demonstrating sufficient financial resources to cover your tuition fees, living expenses, and other costs during your stay is crucial. As of my last update, the French authorities generally require proof that you have access to at least approximately €615 per month, which translates to €7,380 for a 12-month period, to meet the minimum cost of living standards for students. This amount is subject to change, so it's important to check the most current requirements from official French government or embassy sources. Having a bank balance of €10,000, along with a work certificate and an explanatory letter stating your intention to be your own guarantor, can be seen as a positive factor. It shows that you have more than the minimum required amount for a year's living expenses, in addition to covering the remaining tuition fees of €2,000. However, it's important to ensure that: Bank Statements: Your bank statements should clearly show your name, the account balance, and a history of transactions. It's beneficial if these statements demonstrate a stable or growing balance over time. Work Certificate: This should verify your employment and, ideally, indicate your salary or earnings, which supports your ability to replenish spent funds. Explanatory Letter: Your letter should clearly explain how you intend to fund your studies and stay in France, including any plans for future income while studying, if applicable. The decision on whether your financial proof is acceptable rests with the French consulate or embassy processing your visa application. They will consider whether your financial resources are sufficient and reliable for the duration of your stay.

To apply for a French student visa from Nigeria, you’ll need to follow these steps: Acceptance Letter: First, you must obtain an acceptance letter from a French educational institution. Visa Application: Apply for a student visa through the official French visa application portal, France-Visas (france-visas.gouv.fr/). This website is the authoritative source for all visa-related information and will guide you through the application process. Documents Required: Typically, you will need to provide your passport, photos, proof of financial means (such as bank statements to show you can cover your expenses while in France), medical insurance, and proof of accommodation in France. Visa Appointment: Once you complete your online application, you will be directed to schedule an appointment at the nearest French consulate or visa application center in Nigeria. Visa Fee: Be prepared to pay a visa application fee. The exact fee can vary, so check the France-Visas portal for the latest fee structure. Interview: You might be required to attend an interview where you'll need to present your documents and discuss your study plans.

AGE any issue for getting Study Language in france ?
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 4 ай бұрын
Age is generally not a major issue for getting a student visa to study French in France. There is no upper age limit for these types of visas. However, some factors related to age might be considered during the application process: Financial Stability: You'll need to demonstrate sufficient financial resources to cover your living expenses in France. This might be more scrutinized for older applicants who are not employed or have limited income sources. Genuine Study: The visa authorities want to ensure you're genuinely interested in studying French. If there's a significant age gap between your studies and previous education, they might request additional information to understand your motivations.

How easy it is to swap from Student Visa to Proffesion Liberale?
@visalibrary
@visalibrary Жыл бұрын
It is possible to go from a French student visa to a Profession Liberale (PL) visa, although the procedure might be lengthy. The exact requirements and processes for exchanging visas may vary based on particular circumstances and the nation from which you are requesting, therefore it is essential to investigate the specific regulations of your home country as well as the French authorities. In general, you will need to submit a dossier of papers to the French diplomatic office in your native country. This dossier should contain proof of your education and credentials, as well as proof of a job offer in France and a statement of your willingness to work in France. Depending on your home country's legislation, you may additionally need to get a work permit or visa for the Profession Liberale. After you have submitted your dossier, the French embassy or consulate will analyze your documents and make a judgment on your application. If your visa is accepted, you will be given a one-year work permit that will allow you to work as a Profession Liberale in France. You must renew the permit every year and follow all French rules and regulations. It should be noted that the application procedure for a Profession Liberale visa can be lengthy and difficult, and visa applicants should expect delays and denials. Applicants must also take particular precautions to ensure that their applications are completed and submitted accurately, as flaws in the application might result in considerable delays or denials.

For student visa applications, having a bank statement demonstrating sufficient funds is generally required. You do not need to pay the tuition fee before securing your visa; providing the bank statement showing your financial capacity is typically sufficient.

Hey I'm Leonita from srilanka, I have done my ordinary level (o'level) but couldn't complete my advance level (A'Levels ) because of some financial problems and have worked as an accountant for 2year and currently doing a pastry and bakery course I just wanted to know is it possible for me to apply to a bakery school in France or Italy to continue my next level course with my o'level? And what qualifications I should have? I have this doubt for so long period but I think you will clear it out simply thanks in advance
@visalibrary
@visalibrary Жыл бұрын
Certainly, you may apply to a pastry and baking school in France to further your study. The entrance standards and requirements differ based on the institution and program you are interested in. Applicants to most schools must have finished high school or an equivalent certificate. While an Ordinary Level certificate may not be considered equal to a high school diploma in France, your previous job experience and present course may be taken into account as part of your application. To apply, you must normally submit an application form, transcripts, a personal statement, recommendation letters, and results of language proficiency tests. You should investigate certain institutions and their admissions criteria before contacting their admissions departments. An education consultant might also be beneficial.

I am a minor and please since i was born i and my mother don't know where my father is so please can i use only my mother's passport?
@visalibrary
@visalibrary Жыл бұрын
When applying for a student visa in France, it's generally expected that a minor applicant would have the consent of both parents or legal guardians. If your father's whereabouts are unknown and he cannot provide consent, you should provide relevant documentation to prove this. However, using only your mother's passport may not be sufficient. It's advisable to consult with the French consulate or embassy where you plan to apply for the student visa to understand their specific requirements and seek guidance on how to handle the situation regarding your father's absence. They can provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information on the documentation and procedures required for your visa application as a minor with a missing parent.
