Worked it out. The 'Always Use HTTPS' was under Edge Certificates under the SSL/TSS lock tab not on the page it landed on when clicking the lock icon button. The 'Not secure' disappeared. It didn't display HTTPS but when I copied and pasted the url into a new tab, it showed HTTPS preceding my domain. Cool! Thanks.

Yes. landing page is updated. Must use as directed on the comment above. Also I spent a few minutes thinking why my url isn't secure and come to findout that I updated the nameservers of my other website. Had to re-adjust. But it worked in the end.

Pls check 4:43 if your SSL setting is flexible. My website started working after I changed it back to flexible. If secure is not coming after all these steps, try removing the pictures that are default in template. Sometimes those pictures are not secure links and hence it will show your site not secure.
