Just to get an idea i have a question for you. Do architecture firms in uk/usa actually hires professional architecture photorealistic renderer? Although i have my bachelor degree in Architecture, i have done a course on photorealistic render. Now im not sure if i should apply as a regular design architect or just the photorealistic renderer in a firm? Some may say "why not both" but i must say photorealistic rendering takes a lot of time to complete. Doing everything may take lots of times which mostly wont be convenient.

Bro i am also in Aec construction industry Hvac engineer - my only concern at the moment is the job search process which i need to start after 2 months after being out of corporate world for some time so hesitant & nervous about performing well in upcoming challenges.. could you share some wisdom regarding that how to be employable in competitive market ? How to get hired faster ? stay an achiever despite of wind blowing in opposite direction ? Can Unique identity or skills makes us more Valuable than any other things ? Any book suggestions on this topic would be helpful too ...

No you don't have to. You'll lear everything related to science necessary in architecture school ( geometry, physique... ) . Juste manage to have good grades though, to maximize your chances to get in a good school. But yes, it's still an advantage to be good at maths and all, even art before studying architecture. But you'll learn that in school. Don't worry 😊
