I noticed that highly qualified and good looking professionals are selected. And the talented or who are self driven from rural areas may not get selected. And the salary scale has gone so much lower than earlier years and it's going down. U have to be lucky to get a job with good income. High salaried people are mostly europeans and whites and very rarely indians get a job at top level. If indian gets selected salary will come sown compared to european. UAE is aiming to flourish with europeans and not Indians.

I've applied for 2 years consecutively. But didn't go through. I have a Bachelor's in Electrical and MBA. Running a business since last 7 years in Cyber Security.
