Hi Mark! I appreciate what you said, “If you try, you will succeed, and if you don’t try, then you’re guaranteed not to succeed.” But to try is not an easy row to hoe. Such is human nature, that many of us prefer to live in a comfort zone or you said a cozy place, I mean, a familiar world in which people feel easy and unhurt. Following the routine ways, perhaps they are hard to succeed, but lives of theirs even so homely as they are will not fall at a strange moment. Do you think not all of people are so fond of new things or new ways before they fail to sustain the old ones? So far as I am concerned, someone who would like to make a try often but not always is a person driven by an invisible force that he cannot fail to obey. Had Adam and Eve not eaten the forbidden fruit, do you think they would have said goodbye to the Eden, and have begun their secular adventures on the earth? If you had a very good job and received a pleasing salary in a company, would we still see you in KZbin as the Guru Mark? Thank you and best wishes!
@danielaangova54035 жыл бұрын
Hi Tom! I fully agree that if you don"t want to leave your comfort zone, you would never succeed to do anything significant in the life. There would have a risk, of course! But you are a young and ambitious man and I wish you success and good luck!
@tomsawyer83115 жыл бұрын
@@danielaangova5403 Thank you, Daniela! Yeah, literally to try is to experience a trial, including something unfamiliar and sometimes unpleasant. We should appreciate, in a positive sense, what imposed on us by an unexpected force because it drives us to search for what God has in store for us, and leads us to hearken to the inner voice of ourselves, as it did in the case of Guru Mark, our mutual friend. Have a wonderful day!
@MadEnglishTV4 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much for the wise words! 😃😃Maybe if I can inspire others to leave their comfort zones and live honest lives, we'll create a new Eden together! But I might get tempted to eat the fruit which would start the cycle all over again! Haha Have a great day!

Hi Mark!!! Nope!!! I wouldn't consider my English to be fluent enough to make such a video!!! In fact, the farthest place I've ever travelled to was Sankt Petersburg, I guess!!! The English of the girl in the example video is rather advanced. 👍 I could well imagine she's one of your students too!!! She also seems to be blessed with a lot of self-confidence!!! (I am NOT!!! 555) It's great from you to encourage us to start thinking outside the box!!! I'm really looking forward to your "Apartment-tour-video"!!! Hello Mark. Try to visit the Philippines and make your vlogs. Filipinos have the most number of Overseas Filipino Workers around the world. Once you are recognized through your English Teaching to the people, you might get more subscribers and that will help your dream to become an ambassador to the poorest people anywhere in the world. Although more Filipinos know how to speak English they need your expertise to upgrade their communication skills. The more you have subscribers the more vlogs you are going to make the more money you will earn and the more people you can help.
