For Arizona it’s 20 grand because they require 1600 hours but I have a fully covered ride due to financial aid thank god 😊

That's for a cosmetology license which you don't need to freelance in Arizona, I've freelanced on and off for years! Cosmo school is super fun and congratulations on getting a full ride! Wish you the best!

I do have a question. If I would like to do freelance work on the side.. would that require a license? This would just be a side business for me as I do work a regular corporate job.

Depending on the state you live in you do not. I would check your state to see if you need one or not. In Texas, it is not required.

In 2010 I started cosmetology school with Tricoci University... It was a 20k program at the time. 😰 Unfathomably expensive, plus the administration were really not meant to be working with people, if you know what I mean. They just weren't nice. They weren't always mean, but I personally prefer being in spaces with a naturally positive energy. They weren't it. I left after a few months.

Most places want cosmetology license I was told so I applied for school my state requires 1600 hours
