I think the important thing to take from this is, you can make currency any way you want to in this game. Ive watched 100s of videos learning the game and that much is clear. The things that wont work are focusing on too many different things and/or ones that are terrible for your build.

I always said in a duo-trio-quad strat... you actually need another perso: the trader. You should try to get a group tpgether and you just get to trade for items your group needs then after a few days, you split.

I just bought 1200 stacked decks and my best card sold for 56c. Theres no way you get enough sample size to not go broke multiple times and have to go farm more currency every league.

im walking proof of pulling this off 5 leagues straight without fail. if you spent lets say what, 10div on those decks. chances are, iif you sell everything you opened, including cards worth 1-5c. you can get back minimum 5 div, if not your entire investment back.

I think the problem with this strat and why most people will fail at it is because it relies on you selling EVERYTHING that you get and min-maxing prices of every fucking shit item you get to get to next divine. Its why majority of people dont understand that raw divines/ex make up very small part of most people's earnings and that majority of it is just bubble gum curencies and cheap shit items which sold in huge quantities make bulk of their divines. Anyway props to OP this is some nerd shit i tried it in ritual league with harvest made almost 5 mirrors after 2 weeks of just sitting in hideout+atoll map and doing crafts for people. had to remake my hideout just to forget those times xD

So, before I read the comments or paid attention to what the video said about not doing this later in the league, I had 90 decks in my stash and 3 div. I opened those 90 decks and got super lucky and got a Seven Years Bad Luck and The Garish Power from those 90. I know this doesn't/wont happen for everyone and is really good RNG but I sold those and continued buying cards at the 2c a deck price (cause I'm dumb and didn't listen). In total I ended up buying 575 decks (with the currency I made off card sales and starting div) and ended up with about 180c profit and 5 div from getting another super lucky Brothers Gift card. As he states in the video, this is not necessarily profitable this late in the league but it is possible to profit from if you're willing to spend currency and gamble and hopefully get some good RNG. In case anyone cares these are the best cards and prices I sold them for. All except for one pretty much sold instantly. Seven Years Bad Luck - 150c The Garish Power - 85c Divine Beauty - 105c The Samurai's Eye - 55c Eternal Bonds - 23c Doryani's Epiphany - 64c Darker Half - 30c Beauty through Death - 60c (this one still has not sold) Brothers Gift - 5 div Technically the only way I made profit is because of the Brothers Gift card but hey, a win is a win. TLDR: Don't do this for 2c a deck unless you like gambling, are bored and don't care about your currency or have streamer RNG lol

I did this a while ago as a gamble that paid. step 2 was stacking patients. As HH was going up in value. I was scalping the patient. I got worn out from all the trade attempts. you really need to stop showering to be effective. after like 10 days the cringe layer was really thick. but the div do stack deck.

I open on average 78k decks a league and have profited maybe 3 leagues out of like 10. Most of the cheap cards don't sell after week 2. If you sell lower value cards and turn currency oned in etc. and don't hit big cards, you make around 60-70% back. You lose money on the long run

Didnt empy do a sample size of like 100k and found out that you normally go in the red?🤔 Its certainly possible there are times stacked decks are underpriced for expected ROI but isnt the variance so high you might as well be harvest gambling at that point?

I don't have the full story on empy's trial run but I would like to mention that maybe he didn't go to the extent of calculating fusings, alchs, jewellers, gcps etc into his calculations as well as bulk sale value. That being said he might've, but based on my past 5 leagues, I always profit greatly from this strategy in the first week of the league. After decks get too expensive, it can definitely become more of a gamble. Just things to consider.

Hey, mate. I'm trying your strategy in this league. By the end of the first day I had 80с and bought 100 decks. From them I got about 15с back. Today I opened another 643 cards for 643с and got 150с back. So. Is this my bad luck or am I doing something wrong? Most of the cards that I got are not even worth chance. I mean I got 10 cards the harvester and 7 insatiable. I was able to sell one The Harvest for 2c, but that's still -15c. And that's literally the case with all the other cards I opened. I just don't understand how I'm supposed to stay afloat. From the last 50 decks I got about 6c back. Even though I convert and sell everything I could sell. Do you have any advice for me? Ps.s I've noticed that a lot of cards like to repeat themselves in a short period of time. I got 5 The insatiable when I opened 200 decks at a time.

as in most things in the game, its luck that decides how much you can gain or loose. How much you can make with this depends on the actual market. If to many people doing it, the market gets more saturated and its harder to make return with midtier cards. Even stacks may become more expensive. Also the timing is important. True for every item. Sold a Apothecary the other day (opened stacked decks gained through expedition), would not get the price it got 2 days ago. The market moves quick. Same for Awakend Sextant rollers. You actually can make good profit per hour. But you need to put a lot of resources upfront to make it near viable.

Not really luck, quantity. Nearly everything you can gamble in this game ends up massively profitable if you do it enough times, even stacked decks are profitable throughout the entire league, but you might have to open upwards of 100k to average out streaks of bad luck if you do it late in a league.

@@sdfwegwewr2455 sounds like you havent melted down your cartogrophers cards into chisels and sold them for chaos, etc etc. if you're unlucky you do have to liquidate every grain possible to make your money back, and even then you can still lose money although a lot less likely. sustaining is the hardest part of this strategy and its the part most people fail at, no doubt. but keep in mind, i dont have super powers and i get mirrors with this strategy every league, so clearly its not all up to luck.

This video is why I have been following your channel. People always do stacked decks wrong and think they've made a huge lost as long as they didn't hit a House of Mirror or a Apothecary. They just always value anything not 1 div as zero chaos value. So they feel they always lose. They'd open 10 stacked decks in a row with an outcome worth more than the deck... and they'd see they got "nothing at all" because none of that is a divine value card. I saw a guy once do 70,000 decks isolated from anything else. Just start a run with 70k decks and turn them all into currency as much as possible. Within 3 days he had turned 70,000 stacked decks into 315,000. Key takeaway for me was at the time he had an average return of 4.5c per deck. But it took a lot of time because his thing was mostly opening sets... and trying to extract value. The 4.5c return was when decks were 1.5c or so... more valuable cards have been added since, so the outcomes would be better. But of course, he'd find value in random places like just aug+regal the magic jewels and hitting something big. These days you could even exalt it on top if the 3 initial mods are ideal. The set of cards he said returned the most currency versus the value of the cards was The Chosen. He had quite a few big value outcomes. Of course, this is where opening stacked decks and completed sets require some knowledge, so you don't sell a 20 divs skin of the lords for 20c. I'll admit this league at 3c per deck, I've been selling mine for efficiency sake. I know opening decks is profitable, but so is doing other things. You always have to choose what activity you want to partake in that is profitable. As in, farming deception contracts to get reveals to farm unusual gems is also good profit per hour. Farming blight is good, farming expedition is good, farming delves is good, farming maps is good, so you pick and choose what you do. If you open stacked decks you aren't doing something else that would generate profit too in the same time. Otherwise, you can always also roll sextants, flip currency, craft with Rog, craft with frac bases, do all sort of basic stuff that all work out to net you a profit per hour. You do what you like that works best.

I did lose badly. I spent 6 div on 400 cards. I turned in everything I got, I'm a newer player so I dont look just for 1 div cards, didnt even find one worth over 100 chaos. Everyone was worth 1-6 chaos, mostly 1 chaos, got one worth 30 chaos, one worth 65 chaos and one worth 100. I kept everything except the ones that give u an item worth 1 chaos cause i find a million of those in maps anyway. Maybe I'm doing it wrong but also not going to do trades for a single chaos...

cards that don't sell for 1c, you can price under 1c or do a stack for 1c. Also some cards that don't sell at 1c will sell at 1c per card in bulk. You can also price these cards at 1 alch etc.

Live search for stacked desk since then, when running out chaos, run map/heist > sell all currency except chaos > Buy more stacked desk 2day: net negative Today: rolling 1c cluster (chaos dot, proj damage and crit chance) 4c on red juice, reforge attack/chaos > 20-50c profit > Buy more stacked desk. 1) yeah ill do chaos recipe if i dont drop a unique or divine during the campaign. i also farm humility cards in aqueducts before maps 2) i use awakened poe trade for price checking. its extremely helpful and uses data live from the trade site so you always know it's trustworthy information

Once the ball is rolling (around the 5div mark) its easier to make a 1:1 purchase rate work. 2) I don't typically use tft since people who list there get sniped or have the same listing on trade, although sometimes i do use tft. 3) no contacts, theres enough on trade in bulk eearly because of the quantity of early heisers and logbook farmers 4) i dont have friends who play this and hang out in discord :P, just the people i message occasionally in game

I'm not sure if this strat still works, but I've invested in about 6-8 divs of stacked decks and barely made 3 back, most of my 1c cards are not selling *Edit : I didn't count in the cards that are "sell when the bank is rolling" and "hold", but I think I might've broke even if those were counted in Nope I did not break even

Open stacked and liquidate literally everything possible to buy more early into the league, rinse and repeat. Lot of other strategies like this to get rich like for example flipping essences but this is the most boring game play so nobody does this sht lol

not the natural sense of the word, i wouldn't consider this farming. I would consider it grinding. Farming for me would be things related to mapping and finding loot through the solo mechanics of the game. You are of course entitled to any opinion with my use of the word farming and I appreciate your insight on the title.

i do play the game, just not right away. i like to sacrifice some time building up a bank so that i have the financial freedom to play the game how i want afterwards. its just a different way of playing.

My total opened decks till today is like 8.5k approx. In standard. Impossible to get rich on that on league start since unless you get that Good Div card. But thats low chance.
