Thank you soo much mam..Right now I'm persuing BE CSE 3rd year.. I have a huge doubt whether I should go in technical side( development , testing etc) or non technical side ( business development, uk recruiter, Executive HR etc) .. I have good communication skills and I am also doing okay when it comes to technical.. but what's my question is that..most of the examples, people around be r doing tech and so I can see the ways , the path which i should follow inorder to grow in tech field.. but when it comes to non technical, i wasn't sure what I should follow, which path so that I could shine well in non technical.. i wasn't able to find or communicate with people who r doing well in non technical side.. and so i am not getting hopes on non technical.. I heard that.. technical people will do well.. compared to non technical people.. technical people will get good package etc.. is it true? Also technical people has alot of opportunities, branches to scale up .. than non technical people .. please reply..

Like if HR job is a desk job or not(does it require employee to work under the sun, in dust or requires travelling), do HR professionals work in night, evening or early morning shifts or not and do HR professionals do public speaking or not?

Dear Shreya, In IT companies HR is a desk job, travelling is not a part of it, even if it is, it will be to another office, which again is not under the sun, in dust etc... HR might have shifts depending on the role you apply for.. if the company is hiring a HR person to support team in US, obviously that will have a night shift, but all of this is made very clear in the job posting itself, so you can apply to ones that suits you.. Public speaking is there in all HR roles, except recruitment.
