40 now, and everything is paid for. Fortunately, I had a *_pecuniary backdoors_* teacher who taught me a lesson when I was 18 years old. That lesson was: you can't buy something else for every purchase you make. Having multiple sources of income is prudent, as is living within your means. I have a 13-year-old vehicle because it is all I need, I like it, and I can do whatever I want with it. My net worth is $4 million, and I can pay my bills without stress, but I don't live like I have that. I have no complaints.

You could explain what to do in these cases, that any channel takes 15 days to recover it and that many times you can’t recover it, but if you are a *top phase resolution* it appears in a couple of hours if they do, it would be fine. Greetings man!

I drove my first car in my dad's name and later went to get a truck in mine after I paid off my first one and drove off the lot with the truck I wanted, its mostly about a good credit score and a loan portfolio helps as well...lenders like to see various forms of loans in your name to be less of a risk and yes you might have to put money down but not HALF of the car loan Your exactly right I screwed my credit as a young man now I own a detailing company and can't get anything with out the full amount of cash. Another tip: If you have a credit card with an annual fee that you no longer want to use, don't cancel it. Call the company and do a product change to a different card without a fee. You won't get the sign up bonus, but the card history including the starting date will carry over.

This may be a stupid thing but im young and new to building credit. Recently my credit score just dropped from 750 to 619 but i am able to use *Pecuniary backdoors* websites to get to an 800 I was stuck at 750 for a while and I’ve been trying to get to 800. I know in this video you think these methods work for ppl with below 400 but i wanted to make sure someone with over 200 could use these websites.

Dave is great for people who have no self discipline. They cannot control their Credit card use….. and get too far in debt every time…. But for people with a little discipline… it will hurt your chances at getting a home

@isaacgamez3338 100% recommend the chime credit booster card if you have no credit. It acts like a debit card and builds your credit so that you can get others. The biggest problem I found is I couldn't get cards because I didn't have a good score/no score but to build score I needed a card so it was a revolving issue. However that chime card is given to anyone.

It's really difficult for the average person to be like you. You happen to be financially stable. Thus, a lot of the information you are giving is just for people like yourself who are wealthy as most people cannot pay off the entire balance on cards.

Lenders care more about debt to income combined with tax returns. If you have a low credit score because of high credit utilization, that'll help your credit score over time if you pay it off. But if you have any late payments, that could affect the chances of getting a mortgage. Realistically, they'll care more about debt to income - so if you eliminate installment debt, you're a safer borrower.

Hi Graham! Your older videos about this topic helped me get my credit score from nothing to 780 in two years, so thank you! I do have a question regarding payment though. I have three credit cards, and like clockwork every other month my credit drops 20 points then rises 20 points. I’m stuck in this cycle. I think it has something to do with my revolving utilization but I can’t figure it out.

I had a score of 842 but then I paid my car off and somehow after I got the title they said I owed a $15 late fee. I had moved and didn’t get the notice for a month. Got a 30 day delinquency on my report even tho I actually didn’t owe them anything. It cost me 85 points even tho they corrected it.

I think you can make a notation on your credit report explaining that. It may help if you needed to get a loan of some sort, and wanted to get the rate you earned before they messed it up.

The credit inquires is kinda dumb imo. Like why do I get penalized for getting credit to help boost my credit score utilization if that’s what they want you to do… 16:10 Do these ever expire? Like if I have travel points, it don’t use them for a year, so I lose them?
