How to Get a Spot Free Rinse for Your Car at Home

If your water at home leaves water spots on your car, then you need a set of DI tanks. DI stands for deionized water and its the same type of filter that car washes have when you choose a spot free rinse. I rent these tanks from a company that services car washes, pharmacies, car dealerships and any other place that relies on clean pure water. Most cities have a company that offers these type of filters and if you can locate the one where you live, they may have a residential program where they will rent you filters and replace them as needed. I replace them once per year and since they are rentals, I only pay a service charge for when they bring me a new one and just keep paying the monthly rent which is $30 a month for two. When I call to get the tank replaced, they bring it the next day and charge approximately $100 to replace it and I just pay the monthly rent after that.
