Appreciate your taking the time to give us your feedback man. After seeing this I thought I would try Cheap SEO Tools. I've been with them for 7 days so far. Maybe i've had horrible luck, but I have to say my experience has been the opposite to yours so far. Out of the 7 days, 4 days their website has been down. Whilst the chat on their website when they are available is immediate, if the site is down, getting support has been non existent. The email address and the skype help desk they provide all get ignored. When a tool stops working (and it seems to often), unless you can get hold of someone, be prepared to be frustrated. If my experience changes in the next few weeks, I'll report back.
