"Pikachu-o" is the Kanto hat. The form is "Pikachu Original." As for the levels, I can look into making Pokemon lower-leveled. I'm unsure if that will affect their HOME compatibility, but I can see if it's possible!

Oh no! I did update my router earlier, so maybe you tried during the update? 1. Make sure you’re connected online in-game. (Do this by pushing L in the Poke Portal) 2. Make sure you’re using one of the 9 codes in the description. 3. Once you’re connected, make sure you skip the “ATTENTION” screen by pushing the “A” button. 4. If none of the above work, make sure you have a NAT Type of at least “B” ☺️
