hey man, when you're showing where to buy these books or where the vendor is, press the M button so we can see where the stuff is located without having to get that information from a secondary source.

For the record, gathering professions get 15 knowledge from the Artisans Consortium books. And crafting professions get 10. Also worked this way in DF also.

I received a blacksmithing point item from a silk cache treasure, but I've opened many, so probably rare. Nothing from mobs yet, though I expect special mob types will drop them rarely as well

Turn on profession trainers on your mini map tracking and you'll find them in the city at the south of the map.

I downloaded the war within handynotes, but I don't get those profession icons :( why ? could you possibly link the version you used.

It depends on where you spend your spec points. For example, for herbalism, you need 40 points in the third tab which unlocks “gathering whilst mounted”

I don't see any of those purple dots on my map for the treasures and I don't think I've found them all. I never recall seeing those purple marks on the map

I can't find any quest that will give me 350 Artisan's Acuity like you mentioned at 3:38 Edit: nvm I didn't open the bag that is the quest reward, I'm that stupid

Looking for detailed information about profession knowledge and getting to this ovely generalised video is a waste of time. You summed up information, which are generally available in WOWhead, made som of those information wrong or said "3-4 knowledge, I dont know" which is basically useless... My view on time worthy videos is to provide confirmed, deterministic information to exactly how many knowledge can be received by which source. This video was so generalised and provided random / wrong information, that I am sorry but I do not like this. Hopefully it helps other people with at least somewhat of an idea, how knowledge works.

LOL this is the shittiest system. Some people already did the log out and log in method and max out all profession now they are charging 50k to 100k per craft and call it right.
