This of what Marvin cook teaches about getting the angle with footwork but he doesn't teach to jam the right hand. That's a weakness saw in the true boxing stance. You move left into the opponents right hand. Thanks for confirming my suspicion coach

I totally love what you teach us Coach, but as a child who grew up on 80s boxing I would just like to say RIP to Marvelous Marvin Hagler who passed so suddenly and far too soon.... He really was a legend and a student of the game under the Petronelli brothers in Brockton, Massachusetts. He destroyed my hero Thomas Hitman Hearns but was an inspiration to many with how he trained and was thirsty to learn the art of boxing. I'm in deep shock but just wanted to pay tribute because I'm sure Marvelous would have loved your coaching style.... Apologies if I've offended anyone with my comments but today is a very sad day for the boxing community.

Very simple and effective movement. It is very important to throw the jab and take the step at the same time. Thanks for all your great videos Master👍

Coach your way of teaching is immaculate, it would be a honour to train under you. When the boarders open (I'm from Toronto), I'm definitely going to come down to Pennsylvania to personality train under you. I would also be a great honour training along side Danny, it would be amazing experience training amongst one of the upcoming best!

The jab is the greatest weapon in boxing. It can be used in a thousand different ways and sets everything else up... I can't think of any great fighter who didn't have a decent jab... I was watching two great fighters at Featherweight yesterday in Salvador Sanchez and Danny Little Red Lopez. Both men used the jabs differently but dominantly to set up other combinations.... Can you do something about jabbing to the body at some point? Thanks.

Tommy Hearns used something similar to this to knock James Shuler out, except he used his jab on Shuler's left hand to jam it out of the way and clear the path for that right hand

Hey Tom, in Filipino Martial arts there is a similar technique where you slip and throw a cross to the hand to jamb it and follow with a hook

sorry to be negative but the other guy just needs to step back or lean back to make this ineffective as danny is moving to his own left other guys right and he is not covering distance by moving forwards .. i welcome everyones views ... as enjoy chatting about boxing
