What if you use only female point of view for the ist 5kwords. How then do we give a back story of what the cold male lead became wicked

If the story is female lead centered then try as much as possible to build the world around her well, what are her flaws, motivations, goals, obstacles. If you are using first person pov then let the female lead talk about her past experience with the male lead and how it's shapens her character development and the entire plot in general.
