I maybe changing real estate brokers 😂 I like you!!! The fact that you pick up the phone. What do you think about your clients writing "love letters" to sellers? It got my offer accepted. Unfortunately, we backed out due to inspection.

I’ve had clients use love letters in the past, but the best strategy is utilizing your agent to communicate effectively with the listing agent so that you can make an offer that the sellers will love!

I'm looking to buy in 10 months (beginning of next year). I would love to work with you!
