The average time it takes for a character in pgr to be powercrept is like 2 years. And even then is not like all the 'old' characters area so far behind that is useless in comparison, they are good, just there's a better option. It totally makes sense to meta as f2p, because you are able to keep up with it

It's easy to get a base A rank construct to SSS for free once you are an end game player, since you will have a lot of unused purple fragments at that point and you can trade it for the shards. So, yes, I think yours is not a wise decision...

I remember reading through the Cradle Parade patch notes and seeing this in December. Ever since I’ve been saving my blue tickets. I’m at 23/60 right now and have about 7500 blue tickets to spend. Hopefully I’ll have enough by Cradle Parade to not need to spend any BC.

I'm probably going for Bianca on this banner, Lamia on her limited banner, and then enter saving mode for Qu or, most likely, Luna. I love Luna, and since I knew I was going for Lamia, I didn't pick her in the selector (or her weapon). Oblivion will probably be my go-to Luna, but I'm still unsure because of some factors.

I think you can still pull for Qu shukra even if you pull this 100% banner before her debut Kuro gives so many yellow tickets for free in cradle parade patch (i have around 5 k from this patch alone )and during polaris bond patch (Qu shukra ) you get 10 pulls free so if you manage the events alone you can get enough for pulling both wata and qu You may not get qu's sig weapon but you can roll it for later ✌️

Another option is to skip 21 or any S rank then get them using the blue target this way yiu have an extra 15k bc which you can use to get an outfit of your choice

"Pull who you love". Well this is where it gets really hard. The 2 you mentioned are the only 2 i consider interesting in that regard from the roadmap. I dont know if Qu: Shukra gets a special skin with additional effects etc like Bianca: Stigmata did ?. But although she herself look great. I did not fancy the feel/look of her abilities at all. On the other hand Watanabe: Epitaph is looking good in both regards. And as a fire character works with Liv: Empyrea, who is still considered future proof so far if i'm not mistaken and has a sweet skin incoming up aswell.

ill probably pull for chrome glory. yes i know its a very old frame but its still the best ice tank, my only other option would be karenina since i have every other s rank, but i feel like the gap between chrome glory and changyu (sorry baby) is much larger than between karenina and SSS no21. i mean changyu doesnt even have any RES shred on his QTE in his kit unless you pull his 6* weapon...

Scire will be getting a Leap in the future while Glory's fate is still uncertain, for whatever that's worth. Veteran players may be able to get Scire from the "Blue Target" and eventually get another copy from a selector or Anniversary Banner or the like. Whatever you choose to do, good luck!
