We just received a business line of credit on one of our properties we own free and clear. We are using the line of credit to make a down payment on a home we are purchasing in the name of our business. I had no idea how much easier it is using your LLC. We checked the box on everything he mentioned! We are about to purchase an investment property with no cash out of pocket in the name of our business!

I think you need to talk about compounded interest regarding these credit cards. That means paying interest on top of interest and it's a variable meaning it can change at any time.

The creditors will know about your business debts by way of a debt schedule. Debt schedules outline business related debts under penalty of perjury.

If not every week you need to discipline yourself to pay the balance of or make one time payments 5 days before the due date on a consistent basis that will run your credit score up. More importantly you want to transition from that to actually flipping credit like this guy is talking in this video

What do you care about is have you been making on time payments do you have a good track record of making own time payments to those three or four or five credit cards they called that open lines of trade once you get 4 or 5 and pay them off consistently one time or every week your credit has no choice but to shoot through the roof
