The yardage increase rate was very informative. I don't know if I increased at the 10% rate, but I started out with 600 yards in September (almost 1 year ago) and on Thursday of this week, 8/11/22, I swam 30 X 100 IMs. I was so excited to do this workout. First 10 were warm-up, kick, and drill w/paddles. 2nd 10 were sprint on a 2 minute interval w/fins. The last 10 were the same as the first 10 except cool-down . That was the most yardage I have ever done since I swam college in the late 80's. 🙃

Can u make a video on how much distance u can go in one breath just floating in stream line.... Been planning to ask you about this from a year.... I hope it doesn't take that much time to make this video..... Thanking u in advance.... Love from india
