I will be 73 in two days. I find I have no patience with myself because I can’t remember how to coordinate hands, fingers and bow. HELP!

I'm not a clasical violinist but I played for 3-4 years and then I had a 3 and a half break 😂, because some reasons like pain in the back and a tumor on the thumb (yeah... ) I'm ok now but I forget everything 😂 my fingers hurt like the 1 time , and my body doesn't now more how to bow properly and change strings 😂 so sad
