A test summary from my experience: 1. You need to have killed Old Fart and False Believer before the quest is given by gale. (You don't need to kill snow cultist) 2. If the bell isn't there rejoin the game 3. When you talk to the bell, select side with believer and run through the dialogue. Then talk to him again and side with gale. This will trigger a cutscene between Gale and the False Believer (You need to get darkspin arts first before talking to oracle or he will simply say "be gone") 4. Go back to the iceberg and talk to gale (He will give u darkspin arts) 5. Go to the oracle under the bridge to get bell saint style

No you can get the styles still. Go talk to Gale after the dialogue. Then go back and talk to the Oracle after that, and those two will give you both.

Assuming that you sided with the bell (since gale kills you), you can use the small little bell in your inventory to travel into the winter. You will then want to go to the cathedral (on the roof to enter) and kill the snow cultist with false believer (he spawns as soon as you enter as long as you have the "battle of faiths" quest). Now just talk to the bell to get the bell technique, and talk to the other npc near the cathedral to get darkspin arts technique

Talk to Gale outside of the storm, once he gives you a technique, then talk to the Oracle, and he will give you whatever technique you are missing.

If you are reffering to the tiny bell in your hand that takes you to the winter, you keep that permanently. No matter what side you take, you will end up with the 2 techniques AND the bell if you talk to gale and the oracle after the cutscene with the False Believer

Wdym you can't get either technique? is something missing? You can still definetly get both, Pilgrammed is very against soft locking things, so don't worry, just explain what happened and I'll try my best to help you out. If you need help with a boss or something too, I can easily help out.

@@GetlnoobHello you can’t “reset” it, but if you want it to be back to what it was originally, then you have to walk back to that winter statue and interact with it. Just follow your footsteps backwards until you get to the statue and interact with it.

that's okay, just talk to the False Believer again, take Gale's Side next, then after you get the cutscene and he disappears, then go talk to Gale. After you talk to Gale, you will get the Darkspin Technique, and whether or not you already have it, once you talk to the Oracle, he will give you whatever one out of the two that you are missing.

Hmm you can try rejoining the game and seeing if he is there then? if not, try just doing some other bosses or quests because there might be some other bosses you might have to beat before you can see him standing there?

You might have to beat the snow cultist too? If you beat the cultist too, then just rejoin and see if he is in the corner. If he isn't there, then try beating the snow cultist again in case the game as not registered you as beating them.

I don't think you need to do the quest for the False Believer, I think the prerequisite is just having had killed him (as far as I know). But you do need the clash of faiths quest, and just if it doesn't work or you cannot get the quest, then do the false believer quest.

The little bell thing is just extra, the important part is that once you choose the False Believer's side, talk to the False Believer again, take Gale's Side, then talk to Gale outside the storm. After that, go talk to the Oracle and you should get the Bell Saint Technique. If you have any issues or smith let me know.

No you can get both. Talk to Gale, he will give you a technique. From what I have heard, if you already have the Bell Saint Style Technique, then talking to the Oracle will actually give you the Darkspin Arts Technique instead. In other words, it is always possible to get both techniques, just talk to Gale, then the Oracle, and you should get both.

I believe you have to fight all the bosses before you are able to see the bell sitting there. If you go there and you already see it, great, but if not, try doing that first. (The reason I don't know for sure is because I already beat all those bosses before this update came out, so I am not 100% sure what order they are required to be completed in)

Yes you can. From what I have seen and heard, whatever technique you get first, the oracle will give you the other. I am not 100% sure on this however, so I don't recommend tampering with it, but I also am pretty sure that the oracle just gives you whatever you don't have.

You don't get the quest from beating old fart, you get it from talking to Gale. If you are saying Gale didn't give you the quest, then maybe you have to fight the False Believer too. After that, talk to Gale again and see if he gives you the Clash of Faiths quest.

If you aren't sure, just follow the video and it will guarantee you can get both because I am not 100% sure how it works if you do the steps out of order.

I believe so as well. From what I have heard the oracle will give you whatever you are missing. Plus, maybe if you go back and try to talk to the bell or gale again you can work something out with the dialogue option. HOWEVER, I have never tried this before, so do your research and do it at your own risk.
